• Specialises in a modern approach to the Japanese martial art applied into various combat sports such as Knockdown Karate, MMA, Russian Sambo & Shootboxing.
• First started training in the late 80’s in various style such as Karate, Judo & Boxing.
• Mark has himself competed within Freestyle Karate, Shotokan Karate, Kickboxing, Submission Wrestling & Muay Thai.
• As well as teaching combat sports Mark also coaches personal protection seminars.
